Message	I don't know where the hell you guys live but the law changes by state. It's my understanding that most states allow a 1 year difference like that. I also read before that even if it is illegal, the prosecutor usually won't want to try the case unless there are more than a couple years. : : btw: can someone say Statgatory Rape? : I may not be right here, but I was under the influence that Statgatory rape was having sexual intercourse with a minor. Moving in with a boyfriend is not sexual intercourse, therefore it should not fall under that catagory of statgatory rape. As long as he keeps his hands off her until she is 18, he should be clear of just about any rape charges... Turning 18 sucks, doesn't it? Almost there......
